Text messages for distributor staff

Caska Alerts

Caska Alerts are text messages from Caska for reps and sales managers at the distributors that use Caska. Here is exactly how signing up works.

Who can sign up

Employees of a distributor that uses Caska, with their own Caska account. Caska Alerts are not offered to retail buyers. Buyers who exchange texts with their distributor do so under that distributor’s own messaging program.

How to opt in

  • Sign in to Caska with your work email.
  • Open Settings → Notifications.
  • Enter your mobile number.
  • Read the consent text shown next to the checkbox, then check the box. It is unchecked by default, and nothing is sent until you check it and save.
  • Save. The date, time and version of the consent text you agreed to are recorded with your number.

What the opt-in screen looks like

After you opt in

You receive one confirmation text:

What you’ll receive

Short notices that link to Caska reports and account activity: daily buyer-packet interactions, weekly reports and manager summaries. Message frequency varies — typically a few messages a week, tied to your route days. Message and data rates may apply. Sample messages are in the SMS Terms.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message, or choose Turn off in Settings → Notifications. After STOP you’ll receive one confirmation and nothing further, and only replying START turns alerts back on.
