Program description
Caska Alerts are short notices that link to Caska reports and account activity: daily buyer-packet interactions, weekly reports and manager summaries. They go to reps and sales managers at distributors that use Caska.
Caska Alerts are sent by Caska, LLC to employees of distributors that use Caska. They are not sent to retail buyers, and they are not marketing messages.
How you opt in
You opt in yourself, in Caska: Settings → Notifications, by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box, which is unchecked by default. The full steps and the exact consent text are on the Caska Alerts page. Consent is not a condition of employment or of using Caska.
When you opt in, you receive one confirmation text. The same text is sent if you reply START after stopping:

Message frequency varies — typically a few messages a week, tied to your route days.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Caska does not charge you for Caska Alerts.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive this one confirmation and no further messages:
You have been unsubscribed from Caska Alerts and will receive no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.You can also turn off text alerts in Caska under Settings → Notifications.
To resubscribe, reply START. You will receive the opt-in confirmation shown above.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at support@caska.ai or caska.ai/contact. The HELP reply reads:

Messages always begin with “Caska:” and include opt-out instructions. Each one links to a Caska report or account page, only on Caska’s own addresses. Bracketed parts are filled in for each message.
