# Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of caska.ai and the Caska service provided by Caska, LLC.

Effective September 29, 2026

## The service

Caska is software for wholesale beverage distributors. Access to the Caska service is provided to a distributor under a separate agreement between that distributor and Caska. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

## Accounts and access

Staff users sign in with a link sent to their work email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for activity under your account. Buyers who receive a packet link may use it to view and answer their own account’s packet; links are personal and should not be shared.

## Customer data

Information a distributor brings into Caska belongs to that distributor. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our [Privacy Policy](https://caska.ai/privacy/), and we do not use it for any other customer.

## Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access data you are not authorized to see, interfering with its operation, reverse engineering it, or using it to send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.

## Text messages

Caska Alerts text messages are governed by our [SMS Terms](https://caska.ai/sms-terms/). You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

## Intellectual property

Caska, the Caska name and mark, and the software and content of this site belong to Caska, LLC. These terms do not grant you rights to them beyond using the service as permitted.

## Disclaimers

Product recommendations in Caska are based on sales and inventory data and are provided for information. Buying decisions remain yours. Except as stated in a customer agreement, the site and service are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

## Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Caska, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site or service.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

## Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest revision.
