Effective September 29, 2026 ## Who we are Caska, LLC (“Caska”, “we”) provides software to wholesale beverage distributors. Distributors use Caska to send weekly product recommendations to the retail accounts they serve, and to give their own staff reports and alerts about those accounts. ## Information we collect ### From you, directly Contact details you give us — name, email address, phone number, company and role — for example when you use the contact form, request a demonstration, or become a customer. ### For distributors, in the service When a distributor uses Caska, we process information from that distributor’s own business systems (such as Encompass or VIP) on the distributor’s behalf. This includes the distributor’s retail accounts and their contacts (business names, addresses, buyer names and email addresses), products, pricing, inventory, sales history, routes and delivery schedules, and the distributor’s staff users. We also record how the service is used: which packet links were sent and opened, the answers buyers give (for example Yes, No or Tell me more), sell sheets viewed, and actions staff take in the app. ### Text messaging data If you opt in to Caska Alerts, we store your mobile number, the date and time you consented, the version of the consent text you agreed to, and records of messages sent and opt-out or help requests. ### Website data Our web host records standard technical information (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) to operate and secure the site. This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. ## How we use information We use information to provide and operate the Caska service for the distributor it belongs to, respond to inquiries, send messages you or your organization have asked for, meet legal and carrier compliance obligations (including honoring opt-outs), secure the service, and improve our products. We do not use it to build advertising profiles. ## Text messages (SMS) When you opt in to receive Caska Alerts text messages from Caska: - Message frequency varies and is disclosed when you opt in. Message and data rates may apply. - You can opt out at any time by replying **STOP** to any message. You will receive one confirmation, and no further messages will be sent to you. Reply **START** to resubscribe or **HELP** for help. - Opt-outs are honored automatically. **Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.** **Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding vendors and service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive (such as our telecommunications carrier).** Program details are in our [SMS Terms](https://caska.ai/sms-terms/). We share it only: - **With the distributor it belongs to.** Information we process in the service belongs to the distributor that provided it, and is available to that distributor’s authorized staff. - **With service providers** who process it on our behalf to run Caska — such as cloud hosting, email delivery, file storage, telecommunications carriers, and AI model providers that process pseudonymised data to help write report summaries — under obligations of confidentiality. - **With authorities**, where required by law. Each distributor’s data is kept in its own database and is never shared with another distributor. ## Forms on this site When you submit the contact form, the details you enter are delivered to us through Netlify, the service that hosts this site, and by email. We use them to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the relationship. They are not added to a marketing list, and submitting the form does not sign you up for text messages. ## Data retention and security We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, compliance and audit obligations — including records of consent and opt-out, which we keep so we can honor them. When a distributor ends its use of Caska, its data is returned or deleted according to its agreement with us. We protect information with industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, per-distributor databases and role-based access. ## Your choices You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting us through [support@caska.ai](mailto:support@caska.ai). If your information is in Caska because a distributor provided it, we will work with that distributor to respond. ## Children Caska is a business service and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. ## Changes to this policy We may update this policy.
